shipping and returns
At Fique + Clay customer satisfaction is our number one priority, we strive to process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once we have processed your order we will email you a notification when your purchase will be shipped and then provide you with tracking information once it has been shipped.
Shipping will be applied based on weight and location at checkout. We use Canada Post as we find is the most reliable and efficient at this point for our products. Please double check the address you supply to ensure it is correct as we will not be responsible for orders mailed out to incorrect addresses.
We currently ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. We use Canada Post to ship all of our products.
Fique + Clay is not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees that may be incurred. Please contact by email: firstname.lastname@example.org for international shipping. Also any additional shipping costs, customs fees and taxes incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
Due to COVID-19 shipping times may vary, all shipping times are estimates given by the carrier and are not the responsibility of Fique + Clay. We are not able to give refunds for delay in shipments.
We gladly accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. Items returned to us must be in original, unused, re-sellable condition. Once the items are back in our possession we will refund your money. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will give you specific instructions regarding your return. We will also provide you with an authorization number to be included in your shipment.
Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
For any damaged items due to shipping please notify us within 3 days of receiving the order and we will gladly arrange for new products to be mailed out to you or a refund.
